EaseTrue ("we", "us", or "our") operates the EaseTrue Size Advisor Shopify Application. This Privacy Policy informs merchants and their end-users ("you") of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and bodily measurement data when you use our Service.

2. Information Collection and Use

When providing AI size recommendations, we collect the following data:

• Merchant Data: Shopify Shop Domain, Email Address, and App Settings.
• End-User Measurement Data: Basic physical dimensions (e.g., height, weight, body shape selections) input by the customer.
• Log Data: Anonymized interaction logs determining model accuracy.

3. Handling of Bodily Measurement Data

Bodily measurements are considered sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII) under frameworks like the GDPR.

• Purpose of Processing: Data is strictly used to query the math engine and provide size recommendations.
• No Sale of Data: EaseTrue never sells bodily measurement data or shares it with advertising networks.
• Encryption: All measurement profiles are encrypted during transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

4. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Merchants and End-Users have the right to request access to or deletion of their data.

Our app implements mandatory Shopify Webhooks (`customers/redact` and `shop/redact`) which automatically and permanently delete all associated measurement profiles, uploaded fit files, and Custom Order metadata when a merchant or customer requests account deletion.
