Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the EaseTrue Shopify Application or using the EaseTrue Size Advisor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

Certain features are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule through the Shopify App Billing API. All charges are final and strictly processed by Shopify.

3. Nature of the AI Service (Disclaimer)

EaseTrue's Fit Engine operates using mathematical heuristics and Machine Learning estimates based on the size charts provided by the Merchant. EaseTrue is an assistive tool, not a guarantee.

The Service is provided "AS IS". Human body variance is infinite. EaseTrue does not guarantee a 100% perfect fit for every user.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EaseTrue, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Lost profits resulting from inaccurate size recommendations.
• Costs associated with product returns or shipping fees.
• Costs of custom manufacturing if a garment does not fit the end user.

The merchant assumes full liability for fulfilling physical goods and configuring their Size Charts accurately.

5. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.
